TASK 2 : EXPERIENCE DESIGN PROJECT PROPOSAL
The paint point on the current journey map were compiled together to find the solutions using AR and it's features inside.
On the visualisation part, I started to do some sketches and began the prototype using figma. For the 3D Booth ideas, I'm going to refer the physical store as the references.
From the sketches picture, It states that I have 3 introduced features on the apps, such as :

TASK 2
Experience Design Project Proposal
Based on initial idea discussions from task 1, we are required to come up with an experience design project from a subject/topic of their choice. This can be anything from screen experience to physical space experience. We are required to create a professional experience design proposal document that explains their project idea and how will the experience be for the user.
Requirement :
- Proposal should contain current analysis experiences
- Create a clear problem, solutions and goals of the project
- State the user persona, journey map and propose your solutions by creating a new user journey map
- Visualize your AR ideas by sketching, mockup, etc
- Determine your Theme/colors, Typography, Iconography, Moodboard and References.
- Final should be in docs/pdf and presentation slides.
Ideation Progress
As from the task 1 previously, we need to come up with several ideas and the mockup visualisation from the ideas. I got four ideas before I consulted with Mr. Razif, stated as below.
1. AR For Artist Exhibition
Problem Statement
Solutions
Physical booths limit fan interaction with products and content, making it difficult to fully engage with albums, merchandise, and exclusive material.
Solutions
- Scan an album cover or poster to access exclusive content such as music previews, artist commentary.
- AR could give detailed information about the merchandise ( example : t-shirt size, materials, or even showed 3D models of it ).
- Add an interactive element for the poster like tap it to review the members you got.
2. AR For Learning to Paint
Problem Statement
Problem Statement
Students often struggle with learning complex drawing techniques, like blending gradients, without real-time guidance or visual references.
Solutions
- Scan a blank canvas and an AR will pop up to choose which one is the first step to do (choices : sketches, base color, dark color, landscape object, lighting, finishing)
- Include virtual explanation on what and why it should be first
- After painting, user could hang their painting in the wall by clicking the wall
3. AR For Mental Health Support
Problem StatementMany individuals often struggle to manage mental health issues and they often seek solutions by articles provided on the internet. Reading articles may be boring for few people, so instead, create AR that could be interacted with.
Solutions
- Create an AR 3d therapy room where users would be asked what their mood is currently and write a diary journal.
- AR could set the timer and instructions when people want to do breath exercises to create a calming space.
Some people want to have a pet but are not able to get it due to allergies, living place, or economics. AR could provide more 3d and realistic pets that could be interacted with to gain entertaining experience.
Solutions
- Build an AR that shows the pet. We could tap the pet and it will show interaction like a pet, give food, train it.
- Introduce cat emotion after we interact with it to make it look real, example : cat would be happy if we pat them instead of slap them.

Working Progress
After I consulted with Mr. Razif on week 5, I decided to choose Idea #1 AR for Artist Exhibition as my final project topic. Mr Razif gave us a proposal sample from previous student and guide about the structure for the proposal.
Before I moved to the next step, I finalize on about the chosen K-POP artist I want to pursue. I pick ENHYPEN as the artist and for the specificly, the theme were 'Dark Moon : Memorabilia'.
About the Product
Product name : ENHYPEN AR : Dark Moon Ver.
The product is an application designed to enhance the fan experience at an Enhypen pop-up store by using augmented reality. When a photocard is scanned , the application would display a 3D model room of a booth store, with album art, merchandise preview and mystery content. Additionaly, fans could explore the list item provided, information about the artist and music preview to enhance with their favorite artist.
User Personas
I create a 3 user personas based on my product. The persona came up from different country, age, and personalities. View below for my user personas.

User Journey Map
There were 2 user journey map which is before the AR features and after the AR was Introduced. Below are the images of the journey map. View the detailed part on Proposal Docs and Slide.

Solutions & Visualisation
Each of the pain points had their own solutions and listed down as a table column to make it easier for understanding.

- 3D Store (Scan AR Stores) : A 3D Model room would spawn when we scan the ground and we could interact with the album, group photo and even purchase order for the merchandise.
- About ENHYPEN : A page introducing the group overview and we could view the members inside the group by swiping the photos.
- Mystery Draw : A scan page where we prepare our images (memorabilia back photocard ) and tap to play the video. The example for the video shown as below. Users could take a screenshot and join the giveaway event (scenario).

Creative Directions
As for the theme, I followed on the official concept from the artist. they tend to use dark red, black and cream as the main color. Serif typography were included in the design for both heading and body text.
The moodboard probably highlighting the concept I want to pursue for the visualisation. I used the merchandise items from the official and physical store references as my base to create the AR. View more information on the proposal.

FEEDBACK
Week 5
Project Idea 1 AR For Artist Exhibition
- Looks interesting but need more further development on the features.
- You could add music as well and make it interactable.
Project Idea 2 AR For Learning to Paint
- The idea is not really suitable for creating the 3D since there's many digital art using tablet, ipad, etc.
Project Idea 3 AR For Mental Health Support
- The idea would be good in application rather than 3D. It's complicated that whenever people is sad, she/he need to open phone and scan it.
Project Idea 4 AR For Virtual Pet
- The idea was hard to be constructed. Better not to pursue in since many errors would happen.
REFLECTIONS
Experience
Throught this task, I learned on how to plan the proposal effectively. I do like this project since I could make an Augemented Reality app based on my favorite K-Pop artist but during the progress, I'm not feeling confident whether I could execute the idea into unity or not.
Observation
I observed that we need to had a detail and oriented idea regarding on how we want our final project would be. An observation for the tutorial on Youtube were needed to help us know how to build what we want in the proposal.
Findings
I found that the key point when making this proposal was about the problem statement and what solution we could provide based on the problem we have. We had to make sure both of it connected together so a clear explanation would be gotten.
