And then for our group consultation, My groupmate already make the progress regarding on its visual direction, UI Prototype and Campaign Sample.
Then Edita have made some Gant Chart / Timeline to gain an insight how the work flow would look like.
On Week 05 (21/10/2025), I made a new Gant Chart with detailed preview and our names on what we are assigned into as a part for Project 2, Since I think Mr. Kamal want to see the detailed Gant Chart.
During week 4 in class, we all have discussed regarding on distributing the task. Me and Jessie are responsible to do the visual support.
Then I start to create the UI Mockup / Lo-fi prototype starts from the main flow which is face analysis scanning then it will show the face result along with the glasses recommendation.
Later Jessie are gonna do the moodboard compilation as a part to submit the supporting visuals. I then moved on to finalize proposal and project management document.
Additionally, after receiving feedback, I did some simple research for target audiences to make a user persona.
At the final before submission, I compile all link to be submitted for project 1 in 1 document.

WEEK 8
This time, class were conducted physical and our activities is about consultation for the project. We did show our progress and Mr. Kamal asked us to do tes survey as well.

Selecting Topic
During week 3, Mr Kamal started to announce the project 1 to us, but on that week, we focused on doing our exercises so most of our progress started on Week 4.
On Week 4, we discussed the project idea we want to pursue and Edita suggest about glasses try on app. We all agree to use that idea and got approved with Mr. Kamal as long we need to make the USP (Like what's different rather than the app that is exist).
We then finalize the Project name which is "Re:Lens" .
Define the Roles and Task
Once the topic was finalized, all 5 members define the role. I was tasked to be a designer as I'm the only one with UI/UX Specialization. Meanwhile, Jessie is helping me to do the visual direction and finding references along with some glasses app.

On Week 8, I also asked my teammates if we are required to put our creative progress into proposal and pitch. Some of them said that its better to put it. As my task is to check the final delivery, I worked on this.

FEEDBACK
Week 3
- We could get a permission when we want to interview the art director
- For the project 1 idea about Trying Glasses Virtual is accepted but we need to modified something and made it different rather than existing one.
Week 4
- Topic and Chosen SDG are fine already. Could start proceed with the proposal.
Week 5
- Think again for the final output for the art guide what it's gonna be look like.
Week 6
- The chosen company were unique as it focuses on translating from data into creative solutions but it's better if we provide more example of how it looks from entire process.
Week 7
- Progress is fine so far, just that you need to define the task properly for each members. Make sure all members receive the same amount.
Week 8
- Good Progress for the Project, For the art guide, make it comprehensive, not just 1 page for each category. It should provide an explanation about the artwork.
Week 9
- Art Guide context is good to go and make sure the content is comprehensive and explain every artwork that is made.
REFLECTIONS
Working on Re: Lens project is a good experience in design thinking, teamwork and exploration. Throughout the process, I worked on several works starting from searching the references and designing a low fidelity prototype. More than that, I also work on organizing stuff like Gantt Chart and Project Management Document which I really enjoyed because I like organizing things and writing. In this Project, most things went well, especially all of us who did the work on time. The challenges I faced on this group project is misunderstanding of the task. We would like to improve our communication in the future as a solution to this.
Overall, I learned a lot especially when developing multiple pages of app interfaces. For the next project, I need to carefully divide and plan my tasks and also manage my time to ensure everything finishes before the deadline. Thanks to Mr. Kamal who provided good feedback and all my team members that worked really hard and well!
