Collaborative Design Practice | Task 4 : Client Presentation
30.12.2025 - 11.01.2026 Week 15 - Week 16
Then during 6th January, we presented our work to them via zoom. They asked us to send our slides so they can see the card detailed. We waited some several minutes for them to give us feedback.
Feedback we received :
For the advantage, the refinement different is the mascot hold the sweet drink since the drink object represent the sugar that we use from sabotage card.
And then moving on to the next phases, which is adding resource number for energy card. I listed down the card that we lack the resource number.
And once we have done, I combine every final output from drive into miro and arrange it well for the final submission.

Reach Out to The Client
On 31/12/2025, Mr. Shmasul posted an announcement regarding on our final task. We were instructed to reach out to the client by ourselves and set the meeting with them to present the final work.
I volunteered to contact with sugar high creator, Lee Xin Yi / Cindy in Whatsapp. After discussing with her and my teammates, we all agree to meet in online presentation at 6th January 8.00 PM.
Presentation with Client
Before the presentation day, I do check the presentation slides to ensure the card has been changed from previous design. Pricillia and Lizzie do make a changes for the slide assets design.

- Overall the client praises our unique card design with the illustration.
- They suggested us for + and - card illustration for sugar, glycogen and ATP could be different for each.
- Some of the card especially energy card lack the number of resource that need to be +/- to collect energy.
The feedback they given to us were very useful and I realized I didn't check the card information properly since the docs client give to us doesn't have all info for the resource counter and we need to rely on physical prototype for this. As a result, we decided to refine our card again.
Luckily I have the physical prototype photos and started to help Pricillia do the refinement by list down the resources number and which card we need to put on.
Further Refinement and Final Check
After the presentation, Pricillia did a card refinement and Lizzie focused on the booklet instruction by adding a mockup design. As for me I focused to organize our Miro board and arranges a place to put the new assets.
Based on the feedback, first we did refine for the + and - card since all illustration were same, we make a different illustration for sugar, glycogen and ATP as shown on the image.

FEEDBACK
Week 15 - Client Feedback
- Overall the client praises our unique card design with the illustration.
- They suggested us for + and - card illustration for sugar, glycogen and ATP could be different for each.
- Some of the card especially energy card lack the number of resource that need to be +/- to collect energy.
REFLECTIONS
Reaching at the end of this project feel rewarding and it was a great journey to redesign sugar high game. At first, we though this project was done during week 11 after presentation but turns out there are some aspect we need to consider and meeting the client as well. Most of this final week, we focused to refine everything to improve sugar high visual design and gameplay.
For me the gameplay is good but there are still some things that could be improved since we mostly receiving feedback regarding on the gameplay mechanics. Overall, I'm satisfied with what we have done and refined. I want to thank the lecturer for their feedback and guidance along with my teammates that works hard to refine it!
